Classes

COMFORTLY AT HOME

 

If you do not have the opportunity to physically participate in live classes, you can join online yoga. Classes are held 4 times a week.

​

Contact me personally using the given contacts and we will connect you to the Online group. Classes are held via the Skype platform or Zoom. You can connect whenever you have the opportunity. We ask you to do it with the cameras turned on, because during the lesson I keep you and correct you, so that you can perform the asanas safely and effectively. Payment is after class.

What you learn:

IN COZY STUDIO

 

Live yoga classes are the most effective and efficient, because you are specially observed and adjusted. You get a big charge of energy after the asanas and feel an unforgettable relaxation with special nervous system calming effects.

Caring for employees is the basis for creating a cool atmosphere in the team. One of the way to show attention is to talk about the basics of healthy eating and teach them practical skills to apply them.

 

Every year I acquire new knowledge and skills in the fields of nutrition, biochemistry, dietetics and related sciences. I receive up-to-date and up-to-date information on nutrition, lifestyle, and the work of each of the body systems. An important part of the work is to keep abreast of new discoveries and facts, since nutritional science is a young science and does not stand still.
