Welcome To The Challenge! Are You Ready? For this challenge, is created 5 Days of Yoga that will ignite your inner yogi. For beginners, I will make sure your technique is correct and for the advanced, I promise you will feel the heat. Each day includes around 22- 36 minutes routine. I’m keeping it short and sweet so you won’t have any excuse for missing a day! Don’t worry, I’m not going to make you do headstands and scorpion poses on day. This challenge is all about building technique and enjoying the practice (not to mention, you can practice in the comfort of your own home). Before you begin the challenge, please remember - we breathing only through the nose during asanas. If you have any injuries, please be careful not to overdo it. Don't compare yourself with anyone.
