Day 3. Hold & Flow

This class includes side bends and stretches all on the floor – both seated and lying down. For the most part we will hold some intense deep stretch postures in this yoga class, but there is some “posture to posture” movement between longer holds. This class is a wonderful opportunity to not just gain flexibility while holding postures, but also to work with the breath during these deep yoga stretches. his Spine Strengthening Flow class focuses on seated, balancing and lying down postures that strengthen the muscles along the entire length of the spine, (and more!).
