Day 2. Strength & Stretch for Hips and Butt
This class is a wonderful combination of hip and butt stretching and strengthening. Get ready for some happy burn during strength building sequences and opportunities for increased flexibility in deep stretch postures. If you have any back issues, you can learn some gentle and accessible exercises and yoga poses that you can regularly practice for back relief and release.
